TDnJ was founded in 2008 to meet the needs of small business owners and senior executives, who don't want or can't afford a full-time COO, but who, from time to time, need assistance identifying business operational issues, creating corrective actions, re-engineering business processes, implementing change, or aligning technology with business mission, vision, and values.
Our principal, David Jenkins, is an accredited associate of the Institute for Independent Business, an international accreditation, research and training organization in business since 1984 assisting small businesses with "practical advice that works".
